The project is driven by a simple idea: framing everyday living through light, proportion, and controlled views. Volumes are composed to create a dialogue between solid and void, allowing natural light to shape the interior atmosphere throughout the day.

Complete design concept, mood boards, floor plans, and joinery drawings. Furniture and fixture sourcing. New House completed by Son & Sons in collaboration with our trusted trades and partners.
A refined blend of classic and contemporary, the home features a light, neutral palette paired with natural wood flooring, custom millwork, and subtle stone detailing. Clean lines are balanced with traditional elements—like paneling and decorative lighting—creating a timeless interior that feels both elegant and comfortably modern.
